How to Make Gazpacho Soup

Today I want to bring a recipe from my hometown, it is called gazpacho soup and my mother used to make it all the time. I just love this soup because it tastes good, it is fast to make, easy and healthy so you guys are going to love it.

List of ingredients

  • Green pepper
  • 7 ounces of Tomatoes
  • 3 ounces of garlic
  • One avocado
  • One lemon
  • 12 ounces of cucumber
  • 1 ounce of cilantro
  • 1.5 fl. Ounces of extra virgin olive oil

First, we are going to start by cutting the tomatoes into little pieces, it is not really complicated, just cut it into slim little pieces, after you cut the tomatoes place them into a blender and start to cut the green pepper.
Don’t forget to always wash all the vegetables before doing anything because we want to have all the vegetables really clean. While you cut the pepper, make sure that you remove all the seeds out of it and clean it really well, you also need to make sure that you do not put really too much green pepper because you may want the tomatoes to give the overall taste.
You also need to put a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to the mix. Next, grab the cucumber and make sure to peel it off because if you peel it off it is going to taste less bitter.
It is now time to cut the garlic into small little pieces, remember that by cutting everything into small pieces it is going to blend better.
After you blend it for about 30 seconds pour it into a bowl, strictly for decoration purposes but also because I love avocado, I will put some into the gazpacho. If you want to put some avocado into the gazpacho make sure to cut it into little cubes.
I really love this recipe especially during the summer because it is super refreshing and healthy so this might turn out to be one of the best recipes after one heavy night out.
If you like lemon and you want to make the gazpacho a little bit more tasty, you can just put some lemon after making the gazpacho and if you like to make the gazpacho look a bit more high-class just put some cilantro on top, cilantro also tastes really good, I love cilantro because it adds flavor to everything.
