We’re searching for a new BCW blogger!

If you’re a Christian blogger with some design background, listen up:

As you may have heard, I’m leaving for the Dominican Republic in August for eight months.

I will not be able to maintain my role as design manager. I’m reaching out to our readers because Mikaela, Sam and I are looking for someone to take over my position.
We’re looking for someone who is:
 -a Christian woman
 -familiar with photoshop
-worked with Blogger for at least 6 months
 -some HTML experience.
 -is comfortable writing blog posts
The typical jobs I do include:
-writes posts 3 times a month
-manage the layout of posts
-update the blog and overall design as needed
-manage and update the pages
-schedule and contact guest post writers
-manages emails and directs them to the correct BCW contributor.
I typically spend 3-7 hours per week on the blog. That is very flexible and the time fluctuates depending on how many guest post authors we have and if I get posts scheduled ahead of time as well as any design needs that need to be taken care of.
I have been able to easily manage school, this blog and my personal blog. Sam and Mikaela are very understanding of how busy life can get and are flexible as well. Our main goal is to connect Christian bloggers and inspire each other to be better Christian bloggers, NOT to make this blog popular, get the most followers or for our personal gain.
Please prayerfully consider this position. It is unpaid, but highly rewarding. It would start the end of August and continue until May. In May we’ll reevaluate the roles of each person. You would still continue as a part of BCW but the job roles may change slightly.
If you are interested, please let us know. Depending on how many interests we get, we may have an interview or blog review process. Email us at: [email protected].
We would then set up a google chat sometime in July or early August. I’d show you the ropes before you jump on in.
Again, please prayerfully consider this opportunity.

We’d love to have you on the team!
