How are you doing on these challenges?
This is the 8th week of Verse by Verse. Here’s how it goes:

Every other week we’ll post a new verse with a background. The point of this is to inspire verse memorization. One of the most meaningful things we can do for our soul is memorize. (I’m preaching to myself!) These verses will be used by the Spirit when you need encouragement and wisdom. We also want to read your thoughts. Please post any reflections below in the comments. Whether that’s just a couple sentences or a link to a blog post- we want to hear it!

This weeks verse comes from the book of Hebrews. Throughout this book the author is encouraging the Hebrew believers to stay on their walk with Jesus even though it will be hard. I found this verse especially encouraging in ministry but also in every daily act that can seem forgotten by others.

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped His people and continue to help them.
Hebrews 6:10
